    • AM - Mobility and Calisthenics (Pull-ups, Dips, Push-ups…etc) (1.5 hours)

    • PM - I’m sleepy Wednesday so I just go to sleep

    • PM - Lower Back Work-out (Deadlift, Back Extensions)

    • AM - Surf (2 hours)
