PM - I’m sleepy Wednesday so I just go to sleep

PM - Knee Rehab (20-30 minutes)

AM - Mobility and Surf (2 hours)
PM - Lower Back Work-out (Deadlift, Back Extensions)
Saturday
AM - Surf (2 hours)
AM - Long Run
PM - Leg Work-out
